Papermint is a world of islands, each one oh so different to the next, and full of weird and wonderful people.

When first entering the world of Papermint, you will find yourself on an island populated by players from your region of the world, and who speak the same language as you. You are bound to like it there, but with just a little exploring you'll soon find somewhere you like even more!

To reach the other islands, step into the sea and your character will morph into a paper boat and sail across the sea. You can even morph into a paper airplane and jet around the world!

Meet new people, make new friends, hit the bar scene, and flirt, flirt, flirt either with words or without them (see picture to the left). You can also deploy the romantic's best friends - roses, champagne, or for the non-traditionalists some stale beer and rats.
You can even get married, have kids and start a family.

Start a flat sharing community with friends and decorate your new apartment.

Up to five Paperminters can live together in one apartment. They can decorate it to their taste and even try out furniture in the stores before buying it so they can surprise their flatmates.

When you have found an apartment you like, why not invite your friends over, or start discussions by posting a topic in front of your apartment: anyone might ring the doorbell and come in for a chat!

Try out various outfits, such as the infamous banana costume or even exclusive designer clothes tailored by Gina Drewes.

Tired of ready made fashions? Then it's time to become a famous designer! Style your character, and embark on a new creative journey!

During your travels around the world, you will come across many strange and exotically coloured plants, and should you like the colour  you can extract it from the plant and use it to dye your hair or clothes!

Rent a studio and become the master of the plant colour collecting and colour extracting process. You'll be surprised by what is possible!

The key to a successful and happy community in Papermint stems from the sustainable resource of the world - mint. If you don’t work to keep the environment clean, then the mint supplies may very well be wiped out by the aggressively sprawling bad-poetry-rant plants! So nurture and protect this valuable resource!

Whilst exploring the world of Papermint you are bound to stumble across one of the many Papermint game parlous. Once inside you'll be able to take part in some awesome mini-games, either on your own, with others, or even against them!

Race against your friends, beat them at dice throwing, or enter a jumping competition. You can float around in bubbles and find hidden islands, discover mysterious flying houses or dangerous parcels in labyrinths!
